The Neuberger Firm, P.A., the premier Delaware law firm focusing on constitutional, civil and human rights of Delaware citizens, is owned by a dynamic father/son duo. It began in May of 1981 when Thomas S. Neuberger left a mid-sized law firm to start his own legal practice, Thomas S. Neuberger, P.A. However, soon after Stephen J. Neuberger joined the practice in 2003, The Neuberger Firm was reborn.
Since 2003, both Tom and Steve have fought together in accord with their long standing
philosophy of “fighting for the little guy” and “speaking truth to power.” The Neuberger
Firm subsequently expanded and welcomed associate Raeann Warner in 2007.
