The Neuberger Firm, P.A., the premier Delaware law firm focusing on constitutional, civil and human rights of Delaware citizens, is owned by a dynamic father/son duo. It began in May of 1981 when Thomas S. Neuberger left a mid-sized law firm to start his own legal practice. In 2003, after Stephen J. Neuberger joined the practice, The Neuberger Firm was born. Since then, both Tom and Steve have fought together in accord with their long standing philosophy of “fighting for the little guy” and “speaking truth to power.”
